1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using WellMeet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the App.
2. Service Description
WellMeet is a platform that connects people interested in outdoor and wellness activities. Providers can publish activities and participants can book and pay for them through the App.
3. Registration and Account
To use WellMeet you must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are made through the App and payments are securely processed via Stripe. Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes. The cancellation policy allows a full refund up to 48 hours before, 50% between 24 and 48 hours, and no refund within 24 hours of the activity.
5. Provider Responsibilities
Activity providers are responsible for the accuracy of published information, safety during activities, and compliance with all applicable local regulations. WellMeet acts solely as an intermediary.
6. User Conduct
Users agree to use the App respectfully, not post offensive or false content, and treat other users and providers with respect. WellMeet reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on WellMeet, including design, logos, text, and images, is protected by copyright. Reproduction without prior written authorization is not permitted.
8. Limitation of Liability
WellMeet is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during activities organized by providers. Participants assume the inherent risks of outdoor activities.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect once published in the App. Continued use of WellMeet after changes constitutes your acceptance of them.
